Digital Training
I highly recommend digital training sessions as a more cost-effective solution. These sessions equip your staff and volunteers with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain and manage the tools on their own. Training usually only requires a single one hour session, depending on the number and complexity of the tools, and can significantly reduce your reliance on external help.
You can have as many people attend the training as you like at no extra cost, making sure that even if someone leaves, your team is still prepared to maintain the tools. This not only saves your organization money but also frees me up to assist others, allowing more organizations to benefit from digital solutions. Training sessions are £50 per hour and should give your team all the skills they need in just one session.
Maintenance Subscription
I offer a maintenance package to ensure your digital tools stay functional over time. With this subscription service, I’ll step in to fix any problems that arise, keeping everything running as intended. While this option provides ongoing support, it can become a more expensive, less flexible solution in the long run. For organizations looking to minimize costs and stay self-sufficient, this may not be the ideal approach. The cost of maintenance packages is based on the initial cost of the tools and is summarised in the table below.
The choice between the two can be discussed in your initial consultation which can be arranged by contacting me using the contact us page. We can then arrange your free initial consultation. During the initial consultation we will discuss your specific needs so that I can provide a tailored solution for your unique organisation. The consultation will typically include which tools you would like, how you would like to maintain your tools, and an initial price estimate. If you are happy to proceed, we can get straight into it by setting up your Google drive and sorting data consent forms (riveting I know!). Alternatively, if you need more time for thought, you can simply book another session later.
