Q: Can I still get help with the maintenance of my tools if I do not subscribe to the maintenance package?
A:Yes! Please do ask if you have any questions as it is important that you get the most out of your tools. This would be on a per task basis with a focus on supporting your staff and volunteers to empower them to run the tools independently. If the task is a small fix then you may not even be charged to encourage a culture of growth and learning.
Q: Do you need a license to use Google services?
A: I have done my research and you do not need any form of license or special account to use Google's services commercially.
Q: What technological capabilities do we need to access the tools?
A: I have tried to keep this to a minimum in order to keep the tools accessible to as many people as possible. You will need access to the internet and a mobile phone number. The mobile phone number is for setting up a new Google drive that we both have access to so the phone number will need to not already be attached to 2 Google accounts.
Q: Does the Music Locator Tool require an in person visit?
A: The Music Locator Tool needs a spreadsheet of your music library including the music's location in the library. This can be completed by staff/ volunteers and sent to me or an in person visit could be negotiated.
Q: Do the tools work on mobile?
A: Yes! All of the tools work on mobile and are only demonstrated on PC as it was easier for me to record the video with audio this way.
