Slot Booking Tool

This tool allows you to book out customisable slots. This may be for a volunteer rota or to handle room bookings. You can limit the number of slots that an individual user can use (this is set to 3 in the template example). The user first completes a form to sign up, before following a link to a webpage to choose their slots by simply clicking. This is then displayed in a spreadsheet so that the organisers can see when people are booked as well as their email address if they need to contact them.  Please feel free to try it out by completing the form and booking slots before viewing them in the spreadsheet.
