How Is My Shop is a mobile and web application that helps small and medium retail shop owners in Kerala, India run their business. It is a paid software service (SaaS).

What the app does:

•  Billing — fast tap-to-bill, thermal-printer receipts, PDF and WhatsApp bills, GST, barcode scanning, and a UPI QR on the receipt.

•  Stock management — track inventory, get low-stock and expiry alerts, and update stock by speaking, by scanning a supplier invoice photo, or by photographing products.

•  Analytics — revenue, profit, top products, busiest hours, dead-stock and inventory reports.

•  AI Shop Assistant — ask questions about your shop in Malayalam or English and get instant answers.

•  AI Business Coach — blunt, practical business advice based on your own shop's numbers.

•  Multi-branch and remote access — a dashboard for owners with multiple shops, and read-only access for family or partners.

How we charge: the app is free to try for 30 days (or your first 500 bills). After that, continued use of the full app requires a paid plan. Plans are one-time 30-day purchases (like a prepaid mobile recharge) — they do not auto-renew. Plans are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) and processed securely through Razorpay.
