Cancellation and Refunds

How Is My Shop is a digital service sold as one-time 30-day plans (like a prepaid mobile recharge). This policy explains how plans end and when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Free trial

•  Every new user gets a free trial (30 days or 500 bills, whichever comes first). We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether the app is right for you before you pay — there is no charge during the trial and no card is required to start it.

Plans do not auto-renew

•  Paid plans (Pro, Elite, extra branches) are one-time 30-day purchases. They do not renew automatically and nothing is ever charged without you choosing to pay. There is no recurring mandate to cancel.

•  When your 30 days end, your account simply returns to the free tier and paid features stop until you choose to recharge. Your shop data remains in your account and is never deleted.

•  If you recharge before your current plan ends, the new 30 days are added on top of your remaining days.

Refunds

•  Plan payments are non-refundable once a plan is active. Because a plan gives you 30 days of access from purchase, we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days.

•  AI Points top-up packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once purchased. Any unused points you already hold do not expire and remain available in your account.

•  Incorrect or duplicate charges: if you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge, or a charge for a plan that was not activated), contact us within 7 days of the charge at howismyshop@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8078057185. We will review it and, where a charge was genuinely made in error, refund it to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.

•  Legacy subscriptions: if you hold an older auto-renewing subscription from a previous version of the app, you can cancel it anytime from Shop Settings, then Cancel Subscription, or from Google Play, then Subscriptions.
