What no happens when you consume a Meal?
Eating is such a vital aspect of our lives such that we can't do anything without it, we just have to eat in order to live.
Now lets take for example, you eat and feel better about your symptoms or mood, you must know you hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). However, if you're exhausted, it simply ssuggests you have hyperglycemia (a high sugar level), which is what happens when you eat sugary or carbohydrate meals, you get fatigued. That is the most serious symptom .
Let's assume you eat and don't feel content, as if you need something sweet afterward or you're just not satisfied. Do you know the reason why? Because the cells are clogged, you can't get minerals, vitamins, or fuel. So, you've got to keep eating to keep up and feel better, that is known as craving.
If you don't stop eating the wrong food, you may end having insulin resistance which may lead to all sorts of several other acute chronic conditions.
What does that tell you? those signs and symptoms can help you realise that you need to change your diet and not simply eat anything you feel like because it might cost your future health. You probably would not want to become a burden to your family, spouse or children because of ot havig chosen the right kind of food for your health benefit.
