It's not a shame or insult to say that obesity is a chronic condition, because the moment you stopped whatever made you lose weight, you still started regaining it. It's indeed an awful feeling to gain back what you worked so hard to get rid of like body weight. It really hurts going through such an experience.

Let's say you did workouts, changed your diet, you hard enough and simply changed your life style in general and most of all at the expense of your time. It's not that simple to even grasp the feeling you are going through.

Don't worry too much, there done for you methods that can help you lose weight that are even simpler than exercise, but with your diet you still have to make sure you limit carbohydrate or sugar intake. Don't cut down carbohydrate nutrients completely though because they are still essential in your diet
