See -How-do-I-contact-support-for-STAR-WARS-Knights... for contact details. The page states "click the orange Contact Us button", but I only see a blue envelope, so if you don't see an orange button, try the blue envelope. If the blue envelope doesn't work, try emailing Star Wars Support directly: support at starwars dot com (replace "at" with @ and replace "dot" with . and remove the spaces). If you don't get a reply via that email address, try emailing: droiddepotapp at starwars dot com.

Sorry, just realised that I omitted something. Firstly Microsoft told me to contact LucasArt and I told them it was impossible as it has been terminated, then they told me to contact EA and I told me they don't distribute the game and at last they told me to contact starwars.com.

It does sound that way. The support page for the game on support.starwars.com specifically states, "If you've purchased STAR WARS Knights of the Old Republic from the Mac App Store, please contact Aspyr with your questions or concerns. For all other consoles and platforms, including Steam and GOG.com, click the orange Contact Us button below to send us an email!" I think Star Wars Support (i.e. LucasArts/Disney) is the correct party for support issues for any platform other than macOS, iOS, and Android (since Aspyr published the ports for those three platforms). As mentioned previously, Star Wars Support's email address is support@ starwars.com (without a space between "@" and "starwars.com").

-one/star-wars-knights-of-the-old-republic credits the 2017 Xbox One version as being published by LucasArts (a subsidiary of Disney since 2012). Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic isn't mentioned on help.ea.com, and I don't think EA was involved in the Xbox One release. BioWare didn't hold publishing rights for KotOR, that was LucasArts. Disney is now the rightsholder since it purchased Lucasfilm (including LucasArts) in 2012.

I suppose you could try emailing BioWare. Their contact page states, "BioWare's corporate office is unable to provide service or support for any Electronic Arts title", but this isn't an Electronic Arts title, so perhaps they might point you in the right direction for support if you specifically ask them which party is responsible for fielding support issues related to Knights of the Old Republic on Xbox One. It should be noted, the BioWare.com portfolio page for KotOR links to support.starwars.com for support issues. That seems a pretty clear indication that Star Wars Support is supposed to handle support issues, and I think BioWare would likely tell you to contact Star Wars Support. e24fc04721
