Match Making Rating Budget (MMR Budget) is a simple way to balance teams. Similar systems are used in professional sports such as Hockey where all teams have a 'salary budget' where they cannot spend more than the money allocated to recruit players to their teams, insuring that the games stay entertaining and that the overall skill of the player pool grows uniformly.
Since this is a league tailored for entertainment, and also because we aren't being paid, we'll be using MMR as our currency instead of actual money. Each streamer will be given a max MMR which they will use to 'purchase' players based on their highest MMR.

- We will be allocating 13 000 mmr for each match. This means that the budget is only for the players that are actually going to play, not the entire team, in other words, don't count the "benched" players.
- Use hotslog to determine the MMR of each player. We suggest that streamers ask this in their recruting sign up form.
- Players must use the mmr that they had the day they sign up for their teams.
- Players must update their hotslog account with all their games before signing up to a team.
- The MMR of a player is a sensitive issue. We require Managers to ask all players to supply the MMR and the number of games of the following categories for all accounts: Hero League, Team League, Quick Match, Unranked. The player must suggest what MMR they think better represents their skill level. But it will be the Managers that will choose and they will supply the Organisers why they chose that MMR. Then the Organisers will approve or disapprove the decision. This information will be made transparent on the Team's Pages.
