Description:
I will guide you each day to multiple locations for scenic seascape, landscape and wildlife photography/videography. We will meet prior to sunrise on day one and photograph majestic Atlantic seascapes and shorebirds at sunrise and then move to a nearby location where a large variety of birds are typically concentrated for more photography. We will then go to lunch and have an afternoon teaching and editing session at my hotel. Late in the day we will return to the location where the birds congregate and do more photography in the late day light before going out to dinner. The area is known for its dark skies and stargazing opportunities so some night sky photography may be an option for those that are interested if conditions are suitable. On day two we will start before sunrise again at a different beach location and then move to the oldest wildlife preserve in the nation to explore multiple landscape, wildlife, and bird photography opportunities. This is where I encountered the bobcat shown below. We will then have lunch and attendees will have the option to get some rest or attend another editing session with me at my hotel before we head out to another location later in the afternoon where I discovered a large concentration of peregrine falcons and some other species. If the falcons are there you will have many opportunities to try to capture images of these elusive birds of prey in flight before we go out for dinner again. On day three we will have an opportunity to sleep in and catch up some rest before breakfast and a trip to the historic McKee Botanical Gardens for flower and scenic photo opportunities.
Travel:
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to, from, and during the workshop. We will be based out of Vero Beach, FL. During the workshop it is suggested but not required that attendees carpool to various photo locations and other destinations.

I will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Vero Beach which will be our base for social and educational gatherings during the event. There is a also a Holiday Inn Express and a Best Western at the same location on either side of the Hampton Inn. You may choose one of these, or any other lodging that suits your needs for the event.
