Introducing Risk and Protective Factors
Introducing Risk and Protective Factors
Through our own research, we identified common risk and protective factors for burnout that affect not only students but many others as well. We began by introducing these factors to our community.
Furthermore, we decided to narrow our focus to combating high workload, pervasive stress, perfectionism, poor time management, and poor mental health. These posts were designed to present the risk factors alongside practical tips, allowing students to learn ways to reduce these challenges and instead live a more balanced life.
