These packages are free or cost price and available Australia wide* 

These are the types available:

 Anxiety pack (with cost price option)

These packs are created for those who suffer from anxiety, particularly anxiety or panic attacks. Including items to support the use of well-researched and recognised coping strategies like TIPP.

Items include essential oils, an acupressure ring, earplugs and a shower steamer + 8 more items!

Mental health crisis pack (with cost price option)

These packs are specially designed with those who struggle with depressive episodes or may be experiencing a mental health crisis in mind. Hygiene and basic self-care can be difficult during these periods, so the pack is filled with convenient toiletries, general self-care items and other tools to support coping healthily. 

There are a total of 8 items in this pack.

SH prevention and harm reduction pack (with cost price option)

These packs are specially designed for those who struggle with self-harm. With 13 items from coping skill cards to essential oils and acupressure rings, this pack applies methods that work, such as TIPP coping strategies and the 3 D's (delay, distract, decide).

MHIU Care Packages

Care packages for the mental health inpatient unit at the Royal Hobart Hospital include self-care items such as shower steamers and gels, crafts and activities and other items to provide comfort and entertainment during a difficult time.

Child and Adolescent Ward care packs

Care packages for the child and adolescent ward at the Royal Hobart Hospital include crafts, toys, games and activity books as well as other items like shower steamers and fluffy socks to provide comfort and entertainment during a difficult time.

*Shipping may need to be recovered by the recipient for certain areas
