Scholarship Levels
FAMILY AND STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Scholarships are awarded for the 2024-2025 year. Students, in good-standing, will be automatically enrolled in Term 2.
Scholarship students must attend all scheduled classes, lessons, group classes, recitals, and performances. Make sure you have access to the calendar and check it frequently. You will also receive emails about recitals, rehearsals and performances.
Absences for Private Lessons: Families must discuss all planned absences with their private lesson teaching artists at least two weeks in advance and then submit the absences in the Family Portal. For emergency absences, families must contact the private lesson teaching artist as soon as possible and then submit the absence in the Family Portal. Absences submitted in the Family Portal must include a reason.

Account balance must be settled, or payment arrangements made, before the start of the new term to be considered in good-standing.
