During the first quarter of the 2023/ 2024 school year, the sixth graders at Shrevewood Elementary embarked on a journey that was out of this world! As part of the new science curriculum (which SWES was piloting) the students were instructed to complete a project-based learning (PBL) assignment in which they had to create a lunar module incorporating what they already knew about astronomy and  the knowledge they acquired during their lesson(s)....
