This group is designed to help you learn spiritual and practical skills to better care for your body, mind, emotions, and relationships.

• Healthy Thinking Patterns

• Our Bodies and Emotions

• Managing Stress and Anxiety

• Understanding Sadness and Depression

• Overcoming Anger

• Managing Addictive Behaviors

• Building Healthy Relationships

• Providing Strength to Others

• Moving Forward with Faith

This group will decide what day/time to meet at the kickoff, depending on the needs of those attending.

Personal Finance for Self Reliance

This group is designed to help you learn about, create, and use a budget, save for the future, and plan for retirement.

Most importantly, you will learn about your relationship with Heavenly Father and be invited to manage your money in ways that are pleasing to Him.

• Becoming a Wise and Faithful Steward

• Becoming Unified in Our Approach to Finances

• Paying Tithes and Offerings

• Creating a Budget

• Sticking to a Budget

• Protecting Your Family from Hardship

• Understanding Debt

• Getting out of Debt

• Managing Financial Crisis

• Investing for the Future (2 classes)

• Continuing to Give and to Bless Others

Answer My Gospel Questions Institute Course

This course is a new institute class designed by the Church to provide a place where you can ask and find answers to gospel questions.
