1. Acceptance of Terms / 약관의 동의
By downloading, installing, or using the FilmGrade application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
FilmGrade 앱("앱")을 다운로드, 설치, 사용함으로써 귀하는 본 서비스 이용약관("약관")에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.
2. License / 라이선스
Hongdoc Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FilmGrade for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
Hongdoc Studio는 귀하에게 FilmGrade를 개인적이고 비상업적 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 제한적, 비독점적, 양도 불가능한, 철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.
3. In-App Purchases / 인앱 결제
a. Product
FilmGrade offers a one-time Premium Unlock purchase (Non-Consumable). The base price is set at the user's local currency based on regional pricing tables.
FilmGrade는 일회성 프리미엄 잠금 해제 상품(Non-Consumable)을 제공합니다. 기준 가격은 지역별 가격표에 따라 사용자의 현지 통화로 자동 환산됩니다.
b. Payment Processing
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment terms are subject to the policies of these platforms.
모든 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 해당 플랫폼의 결제 약관이 적용됩니다.
c. Restore Purchases
Premium Unlock can be restored at any time through the in-app Restore Purchases function using the same App Store / Google account used for the original purchase.
프리미엄 잠금 해제는 동일한 App Store / Google 계정으로 앱 내 "구매 복원" 기능을 통해 언제든지 복원 가능합니다.
d. Refunds
Refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Please request refunds directly through the respective platform.
환불은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 정책에 따릅니다. 환불 요청은 해당 플랫폼을 통해 직접 진행해 주십시오.
4. User Content / 사용자 콘텐츠
You retain all rights to photos you create, edit, or save using FilmGrade. Hongdoc Studio does not claim any ownership of your photos or content.
귀하가 FilmGrade를 사용하여 촬영, 편집, 저장한 사진의 모든 권리는 귀하에게 있습니다. Hongdoc Studio는 귀하의 사진 또는 콘텐츠에 대한 소유권을 주장하지 않습니다.
5. Prohibited Use / 금지 사항
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute or resell the App or its components
- Modify or create derivative works based on the App
귀하는 다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다.
- 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일, 소스코드 추출 시도
- 앱을 불법적인 목적으로 사용
- 앱 또는 그 구성요소의 재배포 또는 재판매
- 앱을 기반으로 한 수정 또는 파생 저작물 생성
6. Disclaimer of Warranties / 보증의 부인
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Hongdoc Studio does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
앱은 어떠한 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. Hongdoc Studio는 앱이 중단 없이 작동하거나 오류가 없거나 모든 기기와 호환됨을 보증하지 않습니다.
7. Limitation of Liability / 책임의 제한
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hongdoc Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
법률이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서, Hongdoc Studio는 앱 사용으로 인한 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
8. Termination / 약관의 종료
Hongdoc Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.
Hongdoc Studio는 본 약관 위반 시 언제든지 앱 접근을 종료하거나 중지할 권리를 보유합니다.
9. Changes to Terms / 약관의 변경
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하는 것은 변경된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
10. Governing Law / 준거법
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 국제사법 규정은 적용되지 않습니다.
