1. Introduction / 서문
Hongdoc Studio ("we", "our", "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the FilmGrade application ("the App").
Hongdoc Studio(이하 "회사")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, FilmGrade 앱("앱") 사용 시 정보의 수집 및 처리에 관한 사항을 본 처리방침으로 안내합니다.
2. Information We Collect / 수집하는 정보
a. Photos and Camera Access
FilmGrade processes photos through camera capture and photo library access. All photo processing occurs locally on your device. We do NOT upload, transmit, or store your photos on any server.
카메라 및 사진 접근
FilmGrade는 카메라 촬영 및 사진 라이브러리 접근을 통해 사진을 처리합니다. 모든 사진 처리는 사용자 기기 내에서 로컬로 수행되며, 회사 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.
b. Purchase Information
For in-app purchases, transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive transaction confirmation only, not your payment details.
인앱 결제 정보
인앱 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리됩니다. 회사는 결제 확인 정보만 수신하며, 결제 수단 상세 정보는 보관하지 않습니다.

- System language and region

d. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
- We do not collect GPS location
- We do not collect EXIF GPS data from your photos (stripped on save)
- We do not require account registration

- 이름, 이메일, 연락처 등 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다
- GPS 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다
- 저장 시 사진의 EXIF GPS 정보는 자동 제거됩니다
- 회원가입을 요구하지 않습니다
3. Purpose of Use / 이용 목적
- Provide photo editing and film simulation features
- Process in-app purchases and restore previous purchases
- Improve app stability and user experience
- Provide multi-language support (Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish)
- 사진 편집 및 필름 시뮬레이션 기능 제공
- 인앱 결제 처리 및 구매 복원
- 앱 안정성 및 사용자 경험 개선
- 5개 언어(한국어/영어/일본어/중국어/스페인어) 지원 제공
4. Data Retention / 보관 기간
Since FilmGrade does not require account creation, we do not retain personal user data on our servers. Locally stored data (custom presets, settings) remains on your device until you delete the app.
FilmGrade는 회원 가입을 요구하지 않으므로 회사 서버에 개인 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다. 기기 내 저장된 데이터(커스텀 프리셋, 설정값 등)는 앱 삭제 시까지 유지됩니다.
5. Third-Party Sharing / 제3자 공유
We share limited data only with:
- Apple App Store / Google Play (for purchase verification)
We do not sell or transfer your data to advertisers.
다음의 경우에 한해 제한적으로 데이터를 공유합니다.

광고 사업자에게 데이터를 판매하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
6. Your Rights / 사용자의 권리
You have the right to:
- Delete the app to remove all local data
- Restore previous purchases at any time
- Contact us regarding your privacy
사용자는 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

7. Children's Privacy / 어린이 정보 보호
FilmGrade is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. As we do not require account creation, no personal data is gathered from any user including minors.
FilmGrade는 일반 사용자를 대상으로 합니다. 회원가입을 요구하지 않으므로 미성년자를 포함한 어떤 사용자로부터도 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
8. Security / 보안
We implement industry-standard security measures. Since photo processing is local and no personal data is transmitted to our servers, your information remains protected on your device.
회사는 업계 표준 보안 조치를 시행합니다. 사진 처리가 로컬에서 이루어지고 개인 데이터가 서버로 전송되지 않으므로 사용자 정보는 기기 내에서 보호됩니다.
9. Changes to This Policy / 변경 사항
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any changes.
본 처리방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 문서 상단의 "시행일"이 업데이트됩니다.
