What is ‘World Scout Moot’ (世界樂行童軍大會) ?
“The World Scout Moot is a special event held every four years for Scouts aged 18-25, traditionally called Rovers. Up to 5,000 young people come together to experience the unique spirit of Scouting, make new friends, and develop new skills and understanding on how to be better global citizens.“
