STEP 2 – MAKE THE CONSULTATION FEE PAYMENT

The payment can be made via GPAY or Bank transfer. We recommend a minimum 3 months Treatment Plan.

Once we receive the payment you will get a confirmation of the appointment and a questionnaire for details about your ailments. Your reports, if any, relating to the medical condition can be attached. You have to fill questionnaire correctly and send it back to us before the appointment.
