It is important to be well-prepared, meet all of the deadlines on time, and understand that late submissions CANNOT be accepted. The class sponsors and volunteers have a lot of work to do behind the scenes regarding these deadlines.

We still have numerous volunteer positions that must be filled to guarantee that the remaining months and the graduation ceremony run smoothly. While there are numerous volunteer spots left to be filled, there are a couple of crucial roles that need to be filled ASAP or they might not be included in the graduation ceremony -
Graduation Ceremony Printed Program - this is passed out to family and friends as they enter the auditorium. We are looking for 1 or 2 volunteers to help design the graduation printed program. The volunteers will be working closely with the class sponsors to gather all necessary information and enter it into a software program. They will also be responsible for checking the spelling and grammar, and ensuring that the program is in the correct format before sending it to the printer.
Activities Slideshow - We are looking for 1 volunteer to create the activities slideshow. This requires adding 3-4 pictures per student, including their name and set to music.

The class website has all the necessary information you will need for each deadline. We highly recommend referring to the website regarding the details for the upcoming deadlines. Please check it frequently!
*MARCH 5 - Mandatory Graduation Meeting for Parents & Students followed by an Ice Cream Social; Windsong Church of Christ, 3 Windsong Dr, North Little Rock, 6:30pm
*MARCH 10 - FINAL deadline to complete Graduation Information Packet (Google form). Please check the class website for additional details and for a list of the questions contained in the form. Make sure to have your activity slideshow pictures ready to upload in this form.

Final note:
With 80 students graduating this year, the need for volunteers is crucial. We must have all of our volunteers in place as soon as possible
Do not wait until the last minute to meet the deadlines as this causes undue stress on the Class Sponsors and volunteers. They have to complete this for their own children as well.
