Graduation Details

CEREMONY:

FELLOWSHIP BIBLE CHURCH

1401 KIRK ROAD

LITTLE ROCK, AR

BEGINS AT 7:00 PM

MAY 9TH

TO-DO ITEMS:

• WORK ON YOUR GRADUATE'S DISPLAY BOARD!!! 

• complete the graduation after-party rsvp by end of day may 3rd

• Find your student's white senior t-shirt.  (see add'l details under the rehearsal tab)

upcoming:

rehearsal

• May 9:  Graduation rehearsal arrival time - 10:00 am 

• all graduates and one parent MUST attend

• Bring decorated display board to set out on tables

• seniors need to come dressed in their white senior t-shirt. wear a regular white t-shirt If you cannot find It.

• bring cap, gown, & cords on a labeled hanger - label cap & gown as well.  these Items must be left at the church when rehearsal Is over.

• students may decorate their cap (must be appropriate and not political)

dress code for graduation:

• Girls: dress or nice pants outfit; no flip flops

• guys: dress pants and shirt; no jeans, t-shirt, or flip flops

ceremony

• Parents and Students must arrive by 6:15 pm

• students must be in the back room by 6:15 pm with cap/gown on; do not bring valuables Into the room.

• The ceremony starts promptly at 7:00 pm

• Photographer: Alex Blankenship will take pictures during the ceremony; picture of student and parent on stage; will receive digital link by the next day

reception:

• Follows the graduation ceremony

• light refreshments will be served

• take your display board home before you leave for the evening

• consider blessing another family - there will be a collection box In the reception area for cap/gown donations If you do not want to keep your cap & gown.  we will pass these items along to the next home ed class

graduation after-party; Thursday, May 9th 10:30 - 11:45 pm

• this party Is seniors and 1 guest 

• the guest can be a friend or a family member (to Include a parent, If they wish)

• the event will be catered by tacos4life

• the senior Is free, but the charge for the guest Is $10 to be paid In advance

• payment for a guest must be made via paypal (friends & family option only) to: Thomasfam713@gmail.com

• the party will take place at redeemer community church (see address and map below) from 10:30 pm - 11:45 pm
