1. Peng - Ward Off / Extending energy forward
2. Lu - Roll Back / Deflecting energy downward
3. Ji - Press / Pushing energy
4. An - Push \ Pushing energy down and forwards
5. Cai - Pluck / Pulling and plucking force
6. Lie - Split / Splitting energy with .... force
7. Zhou - Elbow Strike /
8. Kao - Shoulder Strike \
