"I will sing to the LORD all my life;
I will sing praise to my God as long as I live."

"Great God of Glory" is my original take on the amazing worship song Multiply by NeedtoBreath.
This "Multiply" cover started as just that, a cover, but over time it morphed into this original acoustic guitar praise song.
Verse 1:
Your love is, is greater than gold
The first time I found You, Lord I was sold
And then set free, And made clean
I have Your love Lord, For eternity
Chorus 1:
God of grace, Great God of glory
I serve You LORD, And that's my story
And in my suffering, God grants me favor
I sing Hallelujah, To Jesus my Savior
G - C

So what is this song all about? It is about "the Greatest of God's Commandment", which is:
-Jesus said in Matthew 22:37
An easy way to answer this is to say that Jesus is clearly meaning that we love God with everything that we are.
Both the heart and soul especially have to do with the very center of our lives as human beings - they are where our life springs from, and therefore there should not be an area of our lives that isn’t touched by this command.
In short that means that we are to commit everything to God, and bring everything under His control, giving ourselves to Him entirely for the rest of our lives.
What aspects of life are affected by the heart, soul and mind? The essences of these three words embody the very epicenter of what we are as humans. So there are a number of areas covered by these three words - they imply that we should honor God in the following seven areas of our lives:
our Desires - conforming our desires and wishes to those which will please and honor God
our Affections - that we love those things that God loves, and we care for each other in the light of that love
our Purposes - that we pursue those things that God would have us pursue, not what we want to pursue
our Will - we surrender our lives to His will, we choose to do that which is good, and we are always good to others
our Feelings - that we consciously subject our feelings not to our own understanding but to the truth of God’s Word
our Character - that we pursue holiness, godliness, and purity, that we live righteous and honest lives
and lastly our Thoughts - that we meditate on the truth of God’s Word daily, and live everyday in the light of that frame of mind. In our own personal thoughts we surrender our pride, genuinely repent our wrongs, honestly forgive everyone of their wrongs, and that we love our fellows as we love ourselves.
Plus we surrender all our services and energy to the Kingdom of God. With unfailing faith, with obedience before sacrifice, and absolute surrender of self, we are on our way to fulfilling this greatest of God commandments.
