Fixed an issue where stream info recognized as chat could be reset to a deleted state after the stream ended.

Changed to display progress of correcting inaccurate information when organizing stream information.

• 配信予定時間が古いが、配信開始は直近という場合に、時間表画面、最近の配信画面で正常に表示されるよう修正

Fixed so that when the scheduled stream time is old but the stream start time is imminent, it is displayed correctly on the Timetable screen and the Latest Stream screen.

• データベース上の配信情報を整理する際に、配信開始予定時間が古いが、配信開始・終了時間は直近という場合は削除しないよう変更

When modifying stream information in the database, if the scheduled stream start time is old but the stream start and end times are close, it will not be deleted.
