• 毎時0分頃は通知が遅れる傾向があります。

Notifications tend to be delayed around 0 minutes every hour.

• 配信予定時刻から60分経過しても配信が開始されない場合、配信開始の検出を停止するようになっています。その後は10分おきに配信状態の確認をするようになっています。

If the stream does not start 60 minutes after the scheduled time, the detection of stream start is stopped. After that, the server checks the stream status every 10 minutes.

配信終了、配信削除についてはリアルタイムに検出をしていません。基本的に10分おきに状態を確認して通知をおこなっているため、多少遅れて通知されます。

Stream end and Stream deletion are not detected in real time. Basically, the status is checked and notified every 10 minutes, so it will be notified with a slight delay.

ホロタイムVer1.1.6で連続通知を抑制する対応をしました。まだ発生する場合はAppStoreレビューやTwitterのDMで知らせてもらえるとありがたいです。

ホロタイムを起動するか、15〜30分程度待ってみてください。

基本的に、ウィジェットの更新はさまざまな条件を基にiOS/iPad OSが制御しており、各アプリケーション側で自由に制御できません。バッテリー消費を抑えるために、1時間数回程度に制限されているようです。

Basically, widget updates are controlled by  iOS/iPad OS based on various conditions, and cannot be freely controlled by each application. In order to reduce battery consumption, it seems to be limited to about a few times an hour.

• • 通知を受信しても、ウィジェットは即座に更新されません。

Widget does not update immediately when notifications are received.

• • ホロタイムがフォアグラウンド（画面上に表示されている状態）にある場合、ウィジェットは無条件で更新されます。

When Holotaimu is in the foreground (on screen), the widget will update unconditionally.

• • 配置しているウィジェットが多い場合、更新が遅れる傾向があります。

If there are many widgets set, the update tends to be delayed.

• • iOS/iPad OSはユーザーの使用状況に応じてウィジェットの更新スケジュールを決定するので、2〜3日経過すると改善されるかもしれません。

iOS/iPad OS will determine widget update schedule based on user usage, so it may improve after 2-3 days.

Ver1.4.13までの仕様です。

Live Now/Upcoming/Updatedは新しいものが先に、End/Deletedは古いものが先に表示されるようにしています。

It’s specifications up to Ver1.4.13.

Live Now/Upcoming/Updated shows the newest first, and End/Deleted shows the oldest first.

• iPhone/iPadを電源OFF→ONしてください。リスタートでは改善しないことがあります。

Please turn off your iPhone/iPad and turn on it again. The problem may not be improved by restarting.

• 端末再起動しても症状が改善されない場合、一旦削除して、再度配置してください。

If the symptoms do not improve even after restarting the device, please delete it and install it again.

• 配信一覧ウィジェットについては、「『現在時刻のみ表示』設定がON＋現在時刻に配信が無い」場合、上部の日時以外は何も表示されません。上部の日時が表示されていない場合、一旦削除して、再度配置してください。

Regarding the Stream List widget, if "Show only current time" setting is ON + there is no stream at the current time, nothing will be displayed except the date and time at the top. If the date and time at the top is not displayed, delete it once and place it again.

• iOS16以前の場合、ウィジェット（小）はリンクを一つしか持てないため、タップすると上側の配信の詳細を表示します。iOS17以降ではそれぞれの配信を表示します。

For iOS16 and earlier, the Widget (small) can only have one link, so when you tap it, the details of the stream at the top will be displayed. In iOS17 and later, each stream will be displayed.

本アプリは独自の検出方法で配信状態を検出してるため、ホロジュールより検出が遅れることがあります。

This app uses its own detection method to detect the stream status, so the detection may be delayed from Holodule.

• 通知を無効にしている場合（アプリ初回起動時に通知を不許可に設定、iOS/iPadOSにて意図的に通知設定をオフ、「お気に入り」設定で通知をオフ）、通知による配信情報取得ができないので、アプリ上の配信情報は自動的に更新されません。

If notifications are disabled (disable notifications when first launching the app, intentionally turn off notification settings in iOS/iPadOS, turn off notifications in the "Favorite" settings), stream information cannot be obtained through notifications, so stream information on the app is not automatically updated.

• 定期的に配信情報のタイトル / サムネイル / 開始予定時刻の更新を検出し、Updated通知でサムネイル画像も同時に更新します。

Updates of the title / thumbnail / scheduled start time of stream information are periodically detected, and the thumbnail image is updated at the same time with an Updated notification.

• 配信情報詳細画面でリロードすると、サムネイル画像が更新される場合があります。

Reloading the thumbnail image on the stream information details screen may update to the latest image.

• Youtube配信動画はサイズごとに複数のサムネイルデータを持っていますが、まれに一部のサムネイルが更新されていないことがあります。その場合、ホロタイム上のサムネイルが異なることがあります。

Youtube streams have multiple thumbnail data for each size, but in rare cases some thumbnails may not be updated. In that case, the thumbnail on holotaimu may be different.

• 通知ではなく、更新（ダウンロード後のアプリ初回起動、更新ボタン押下）により配信情報を得た場合、削除済みの配信のサムネイル画像は取得できないため、表示されません。

If delivery information is obtained by updating (first launch of the app after downloading, tapping the Update button) instead of notification, the thumbnail image of the deleted stream cannot be obtained and will not be displayed.

• 配信チャンネルにサムネイル画像が設定されていない場合があります。配信情報詳細画面でリロードすると、サムネイル画像が表示される場合があります。

Thumbnail images may not be set for stream channels. Thumbnail images may be displayed when reloading on the stream information details screen.

仕様です。Chat配信によっては、そのまま通常のライブ配信になることもあれば、開始日付が更新されることもあります。

It’s specifications. Some chat streams will continue to be regular live streams, and others will have an updated start date.

同じiCloudアカウントに登録した端末では、「お気に入り」「後で見る」が同期されますが、端末上に存在しない配信データは同期されません。

例えば、端末Aは履歴を4週間、端末Bは1週間保存する設定にしている場合、端末A上の1週間以前の配信データに「お気に入り」「後で見る」設定をしても、端末B上にはその配信データがないので表示されません。

"Favorite" and "Watch Later" are synchronized on devices registered to the same iCloud account, but a stream data that does not exist on the device is not synchronized.

For example, if terminal A is set to save history for 4 weeks and terminal B is set to save history for 1 week, even if you set "favorite" or "view later" to the stream data on terminal A before 1 week, it is not displayed on terminal B that doesn't have the same stream data.

NHK番組については、開始時間の1分前、終了時間の1分後に通知するようにしています。

For NHK programs, notifications are one minute before the start time and one minute after the end time.

ホロタイム（WEBブラウザ等）からYoutubeの動画リンクを開く際に、Youtubeアプリをインストールしている場合でも、Safari等のWEBブラウザでYoutube動画が再生されることがあります。

Youtubeアプリで開きたい場合、以下の手順を試してください。

When opening a Youtube video link from Holotaimu (web browser, etc.), the Youtube video may be played on a web browser such as Safari even if the Youtube app is installed.

If you want to open it in the Youtube app, try the steps below.

Youtubeアプリではなく、WEBブラウザでYoutubeを開きたい場合は、「開く」または「Safariで開く」（既定のブラウザがSafariの場合）を選択してください。

If you want to open Youtube in the web browser instead of the Youtube app, select "Open"or "Open in Safari" (if your default browser is Safari).

2)  iPhoneを再起動してみてください。

Youtubeアプリがバージョンアップされた時など、稀に開けなくなることがあります。

Try restarting your iPhone.

In rare cases, such as when the Youtube app is upgraded, it may not open.

3) 可能であれば、Youtubeアプリをバージョンアップしてみてください。

If possible, try updating the Youtube app.

4) Youtubeアプリを一旦削除し、再インストールしてみてください。

Try deleting the Youtube app and reinstalling it.
