Writing Option - 150 words minimum

I want to hear your views on the Pure-blood debate. Should magical learning be the province of only those born into wizarding families, or should a magical education be given to everyone regardless of who their parents are? 150 word minimum for full points.

Graphics Option

We know that you can see the Black Lake through the windows in the Slytherin Common Room, and that the room has a greenish glow due to this fact. For this option, I want you to show me what you think the view out those windows is like. Anyone who gives me a window frame with green water be shot! *nods* I want to see some effort and imagination here. We know all manner of magical creatures dwell in the lake…do they peek in the windows? What does the underwater flora look like? Graphical skill is not on trial here, I do not care how talented or otherwise you are, I just want to see some originality and imagination for full points.
