Thank you for taking the time to consider being a regatta sponsor!  Hobie Fleet 66 will be hosting the 35th Annual Cinco de Mayo regatta in Puerto Penasco at the beginning of May.  Last year we had one of the most successful regattas ever, with over 30 boats registered and somewhere well over 100 people at the event!

The event officially starts on Friday, but many of the participants take the opportunity to come to Mexico earlier in the week and enjoy sailing in the beautiful Gulf of California.  Friday starts with a number of fun sails around the bay, often with a stop at one of the restaurant beaches for lunch!  Registration begins Friday night with competitors checking in and getting their T-Shirts and goodie bags.

Saturday is packed full of racing events ending with around 30 boats, 60 sailors on the beach as the sun sets across the ocean.  Saturday night brings in our Regatta Dinner where we provide food, drinks. At the dinner we have our fund-raising event which includes both a silent auction and a raffle.

In 2024 Fleet 66 will be directly giving back to the community that has brought all of us so many fantastic memories these past 35 years.  The proceeds from this years regatta will be donated to the orphanage in Rocky Point, Esperanza Para Los Ninos.
