After a Camino Weekend

Consuno Grande!

• Held 6 times per year, Consuno Grande is a Saturday gathering for the purpose of fun, food, worship, and building our Community -- giving testimony to what God is doing in our lives, sharing in table groups what we are doing to grow in our faith and serve the Lord, praying for and encouraging each other, making preparations for upcoming Camino weekends, and renewing friendships. Each Consuno Grande is hosted at a different church, with dates and locations posted on this website.

4^th Day Workshop

• A 4^th Day Workshop is for those who have attended a Camino weekend for review of the weekend, learn how weekend leaders are selected, how weekend teams work together, and how they can serve on a weekend.

• Attending a 4th Day Workshop is a prerequisite to working a Camino weekend for the first time.

• Workshops are generally offered on the same day as a Consuno Grande, but additional Workshops are occasionally scheduled.

Reunion Groups

• Those who have attended a Camino weekend are encouraged to meet regularly with others in small groups to encourage each other in Christian faith. A format for such groups is presented during the weekend.

Community Communications

• The RoosterTale -- Our newsletter is published four times per year (one just prior to and one just following each Camino weekend). It is emailed with printed copies mailed only to those who request a hard copy.

• Email -- HOAC's email list is used for news, updates, and prayer requests.

• Facebook -- HOAC has a Facebook group for those who have attended a Camino weekend, to help them connect up with people met at weekends.
