Purpose of Advisory Council
A representative group of stakeholders (e.g. parent, staff, community, administration, students, etc.) who help review and advise on the implementation of the school counseling program. (ASCA) These stakeholders provide input and/or make recommendations on the goals, activities, and results of the school counseling program.

Provide programs to support our students' academic, social/emotional, and post-secondary development to help them grow towards reaching Portrait of a Graduate.
Develop a department goal each school year.

With virtual learning, this school year is very different from a traditional school year. The following are a few areas we would like to focus on:
Further promote our students' academic progress and achievement.
Understand and help close the achievement gap.
Help improve the attendance of our students.
Continue to develop the engagement with Distance Learning among students.
Support our students' mental health needs.
