PTO's one and done fundraiser to fund the year. 7th grade versus 8th grade to see who can collect the most donations. The grade that raises the most wins the Scoops and Hoops party. Students must wear athletic shoes to be able to participate in open gym.
Students earn hawk tickets when teachers catch them being Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn. Admin will also award tickets to students showing School Spirit. Tickets are awarded to the student’s account in Focus and can be redeemed for drinks,treats from the Hawk Store or open Gym, and open Media Center.

The Hoover PTO BRIGHT IDEAS Mini-Grant Program will provide funds so that teachers may enhance student learning by developing creative lessons which will meet academic performance standards. We budget $1,500 per year to fund these grants.

The PTO will provide decorations and coordinate volunteers for the Back to School Dance (September) and Winter Dance in (January). The dance is in the gym. Students need to wear athletic shoes to the gym.
The PTO will provide funds to the coordinators of the Hoover Community Day and Pickleball Tournament.
The PTO will work with Ms. Patterson to organize two parties a year (one per semester) for all the students who earn Hawk of the Month.
Our school is participating in a fundraiser where there is nothing to buy or sell; All we need is your support and your gently worn, used, or new sneakers! The sneakers that we all collect will help raise money to support our school AND will help our environment by keeping sneakers out of landfills. Just drop them in the box in the front office.
