Unfortunately, I cannot hire teaching assistants for MATH 223 and MATH 224. My needs are covered by PhD students on an assistantship. I also do not have SI sessions, therefore I cannot hire you for those either. Thank you for understanding.
The only SI positions at CWRU are currently for 100-level math classes. The most I can do is recommend you.
I am happy to write recommendation letters for students who:
Have taken my course,
Earned a final grade of B or higher, and
Left a good, lasting impression.
All three are strict requirements for me.
Note: Students currently in a course should save their request until after finishing the semester. Exceptions include transfer application letters.
I could advise senior capstone projects under the right circumstances. Contact me if you have a serious interest in linear algebra, matrix theory, and abstract algebra. MATH 307 and MATH 308 are bare minimum requirements if you want to align with my interests (this paper was my introduction to linear preservers, so you should read it too).
Please fill out my senior capstone form if you are interested.
