AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using HivePoly ("the app"), you agree to
these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

WHAT HIVEPOLY IS
HivePoly is an informational data application. It displays publicly
available probability data from two prediction market platforms —
Polymarket and Kalshi — and shows how their probability estimates
compare for the same event.
HivePoly:
- Does NOT facilitate trading, wagering, or any financial transaction
- Does NOT constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a
recommendation of any kind
- Does NOT have any affiliation with Polymarket or Kalshi
- Is NOT a gambling application
All data is provided for informational purposes only. No action should
be taken based solely on information displayed in the app.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Payment Processor
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through the
App Store. Apple is the merchant of record. Your subscription contract
for payment purposes is between you and Apple. We are not a party to
the payment transaction.
Subscription Plans
HivePoly offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Monthly: €3.99 per month
- Annual: €27.96 per year (approximately 41% saving vs. monthly)
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current
period. Apple will charge the renewal price to your Apple ID account
at confirmation of purchase.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through:
iPhone Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → HivePoly
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain access to premium features until that date.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to
withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days of purchase
without giving any reason.
However: By subscribing and immediately accessing premium features,
you expressly request that performance of the service begins before
the end of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that you lose your
right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where
the service is not fully performed within 14 days, you may exercise
your withdrawal right by contacting hivepoly.support@gmail.com.
For subscription refund requests, Apple handles refunds in accordance
with their policies at: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204084
Free Tier
HivePoly offers a free tier that includes: browsing the full event
feed across all market categories, Platform Accuracy analytics, up to
5 Watchlist items, and 1 active price alert. No payment is required
to use the free tier.

DISCLAIMER — NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
All content in HivePoly — including probability percentages,
divergence comparisons, Platform Accuracy data, and any other market
information — is provided for informational purposes only.
Nothing in this app constitutes:
- Investment advice within the meaning of MiFID II (Directive 2014/65/EU)
- A personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
- Financial planning or portfolio advice
- A prediction or guarantee of any outcome
HivePoly is classified as an information service. You are solely
responsible for any decisions you make based on information displayed
in the app.

DATA SOURCES AND ACCURACY
HivePoly fetches data from the public APIs of Polymarket and Kalshi.
Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to API availability,
network conditions, or changes in the source platforms. We make no
warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
displayed.
Market data is cached locally on your device for up to 45 minutes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The HivePoly app, its design, branding, and Platform Accuracy
methodology are the intellectual property of HivePoly's developer.
You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create
derivative works without written permission.
Market probability data displayed in the app is sourced from
Polymarket and Kalshi and remains their intellectual property.
HivePoly does not claim ownership of that data.

PROHIBITED USES
You may not use HivePoly to:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract market data for
commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the app's algorithms for competing products
- Violate any applicable law or regulation

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law and EU consumer law:
- We are not liable for any financial loss, trading loss, or decision
made in reliance on information displayed in the app
- We are not liable for interruptions in service caused by third-party
API availability (Polymarket, Kalshi, Apple)
- Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the
amount you paid for a HivePoly subscription in the 12 months
preceding the claim
These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal
injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under
Finnish or EU law.

EU Online Dispute Resolution: As a consumer in the EU, you may use

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We will notify users of material changes by updating this page with
a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes
constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
