Startups have unique needs. You may not have any infrastructure in place, or maybe you only have the bare minimum in place. That won't take you to the next level.

In my career, I have successfully built two client-facing departments from the ground up. I will put in place the infrastructure needed, including:

• Policies and procedures

• Guidance documents

• Work instructions

• KPIs

• Goals

• Rules of engagement

Importantly, I will also set the tone for the department, focusing on collaboration, teamwork, full resolution of issues, and results.
