Once you choose an activity, the date and time you logged it will automatically pop up (you can change this if you want it to reflect what time you actually did the exercise/ activity). You can adjust the duration to match how long you did the exercise. If you have an Apple Watch, FitBit, or any other smart watch that tracks your calories burned, you can update the energy section as well. Or, you can leave it as is and the app will estimate how many calories that type of activity usually burns.
