For those of you who don't know, the past 6 months have been crazy for me! I started a new position at UAMS in the Neonatal ICU, and also have been growing a baby myself! As a result, Hindman Health & Wellness got put on the back burner for the time being. BUT, for now until June (my anticipated due date), I will be working hard to do small promotions through Hindman Health & Wellness! So here we go!

Erica Hindman, Registered Dietitian
I graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2017 with a degree in Nutrition. The same summer, I started my Master's and 15 month Dietetic Internship concurrently. In August of 2018, I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with my Master's in Nutrition. I passed my Registered Dietitian Examination shortly after and started my career with K-12 Culinary Connection. As the Director of Support Operations, I assisted nearly 22 school districts in the state of Arkansas with their School Nutrition Program. A year after the start of my career, I transitioned into Clinical Nutrition, where I am currently employed at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. Throughout my educational/professional careers, I have carried a passion of preventative medicine and wellness. I believe that each individual deserves the opportunity to live the healthiest life possible with what few resources they may have.
