HOA Board

Etienne Faverey is the husband of Patricia Simon who has resided at Hillsdale since 1998.  He is retired from American Airlines and brings four years of HOA management experience as a past HOA president of a 450-single family tennis/swim subdivision in Acworth GA. Etienne has lived at Hillsdale since 2020 and is passionate about sharing his talents to serve our community.

He possesses knowledge of landscaping, woodworking, plumbing, electrical and general handy-man skills.   His hobbies include golf, pickle ball, boating, playing cards and bowling.

Kaycia has been a resident of Hillsdale since 2016. She is a Project Manager and Entrepreneur, a graduate of Georgia State University and recently earned her MBA from Lousiana State Unviersity. She is a proud mom and enjoys true crime, good food, and traveling. Kaycia hopes to serve the Hillsdale Community by implementing her organizational and management skills to help make the community better for all its residents. 

Solomon Dodson is a Marietta native who graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. After school, he found his groove as a client service manager at Paces Ferry Wealth Advisors and got married in 2022. When he's not busy managing projects and keeping clients happy, you can find him pumping iron at Windy Hill Athletic Club or tackling home improvement projects.

He also has a strong desire to pitch in in his community. He just began volunteering at 'Keep Smyrna Beautiful,' where he puts in the effort to clean up the city. Whether he's helping with clean-ups or lending a hand in local initiatives, Dodson's desire to make a positive impact in his community shines through. With his go-getter attitude and dedication to family, fitness, and community, Solomon Dodson proves that you can live life to the fullest when you strive for success and lend a helping hand along the way.
