Please remember to let your faucets drip during this cold weather time. Open cabinet doors to allow warm air to circulate around the pipes.
As winter weather is with us, please follow the local weather alerts and keep this notice in mind. Also, if you are leaving your home to be out of town for more than a day and the temperatures are dropping during that time, please leave your key with a trusted neighbor or friend who will check on your place. Let’s do all that we can to prevent frozen pipes.
Additionally, as you step outside, be aware of possible ice accumulation on sidewalks, steps and any concrete areas during these temperature drops. Limit your trips outside when possible and stay safe.
In case of broken pipes after hours, please call our after hours EMERGENCY number located on the homeside website and our Hillsdale II website. 678-297-9566, Ext 2. During regular hours call Homeside Management.
If there is scheduled maintenance requiring water shut off, notify Kenneth Baggs, notify neighbors affected (a written note and/or call/email/text), and consider posting in the Facebook group as well.
Residents must obey speed limits.
