Nestled in the central northern area of New Brunswick, is the small but bustling river city of Miramichi. The largest city in Northern New Brunswick, known for its beautiful river full of salmon, happy people and now cannabis?!
With a population of only 17,652 people according to Statistics Canada, Miramichi is the home of Sana’a Cannabis; a craft cannabis facility who recently put out their first product, Pink Bubblegum, into the New Brunswick recreational market.
Sana’a means ``Work of art” in Swahili. Sana’a also means “Heal” in Spanish. Combining these meanings rings true as Sana’a mission is to curate and grow quality craft cannabis for medical cannabis patients and recreational consumers. For a smaller New Brunswick city this is an incredible accomplishment. Their first product to the NB recreational market, Pink Bubblegum, has been lauded for its excellent quality and smokability. You’re going to want to try what Sana’a is producing next!
Their website is also truly unique. As you know, in Canada, Licensed Producers are limited to what marketing techniques they can use and/or present. Sana’a has curated a creative website with a spin on art. Each strain is classified by its dominant terpene profile to provide customers an education on terpenes and its overall benefits. The classifications are defined with the use of art terms as Sana’a is a work of art. You can pick from the following possible art works;

Sana’a Cannabis products are non-irradiated.
Currently Sana’a has Pink Bubblegum pre-rolls available at Cannabis NB stores across New Brunswick. This unique cultivar is classified as an ‘Indica dominant hybrid’. This rare cultivar is known for its sweet aroma and tantalizing sweet berry flavors. Upon inhalation you can pick up the earthy undertones which are quickly taken over by the sweet flavor of bubblegum upon the exhale. Pink Bubblegum has an excellent flavor profile, effects and terpene profile. As far as THC is concerned it is 18.4% THC, offering a pleasant overall experience.
The effects can vary from consumer to consumer. It’s always recommended to start low and go slow. When I first try a new strain, I only take a puff or two at first and allow the effects to settle before consuming more.*
*This is solely my opinion and experience. Please use caution when trying new products.
The dominant terpene in this cultivar is myrcene, making this cultivar excellent for relaxing in the evenings.
Foods that contain myrcene: Mango, hops, lemongrass, thyme, and guava melon. Medical benefits of Myrcene: Analgesic/anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative/anti-mutagenic (inhibits cell mutation, including cancer cells), suppresses muscle spasms, sleep aid, and also has antibacterial properties as well.**
