Dear Hidden Harbour V Condominium Owner:
It is time for the Hidden Harbour V Condominium Association Annual Meeting. The association meeting will take place on Saturday, November 15th, 2025. Check in will begin at 9am with the meeting scheduled to start at 10am. We will be meeting at the Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort, located at 91 st Street Oceanfront. Parking is available both on the city side street and in the Princess Royale parking garages. The meeting will be held in the Palmetto Conference room of the facility, located on the main floor, northside, of the building. Breakfast refreshments will be available prior to the start of the meeting.

Please be advised that the policy period 24-25 master insurance package was renewed on 10/1/24.
In the renewal process this year, we changed both our insurance carrier and insurance broker to help reduce our insurance premiums.
