Declaration and Amendments

The original declaration establishes Hidden Harbour V, including Phase 1 consisting of the 18 units of the S Building, the general and limited common elements, the dock limited common elements, plus definitions and annexes including the planned future phases of the development. The Amendments add the future phases:

• First Amendment - Adds Phase 2 consisting of the T Building with 8 units.

• Second Amendment - Adds Phase 3 consisting of the U Building with 18 units.

• Third Amendment - Adds Phase 4 consisting of the V Building with 8 units.

• Fourth Amendment - Adds Phase 5 consisting of the W Building with 30 units.

• Fifth Amendment - Corrects an error in the 4th Amendment regarding the numbering of the W Building units.

Current Bylaws

The bylaws, as approved by the Council of Unit Owners as of December 15, 2015 and as modified by the Maryland Condominium Act as of October 1, 2018.
