訓練方法
以重訓六大動作為基底,調整為羽球動作模式,直接練對羽球有幫助的動作,不做白工。
穩定做出目標動作,並找到目標肌肉感受度
增加重量,在動作不變形的狀況下找到最有效重量,刺激肌肉生長
組合動作,訓練神經系統記憶動作步驟,縮短球場上的反應時間

馬克選用營業用高階款發球機,球速、角度、頻率皆可調整。
無論是要練殺球、劈殺、切球、滑拍、接殺、接發...都可相當有品質且穩定的訓練。
相較球場上的訓練,可能要等3-5球才會有一個理想球,使用發球機可以增加理想球的出現頻率,幫助學員精準、細微的修正球感。
教練從旁即時引導,如手術刀般精準修正學員動作。
馬克備有大量練習球,學員課中可專心訓練,課中大量擊打上千球,課後再統一整理,效率高,每堂課僅需5分鐘左右排球。
此外,為了幫助學員累積正確球感,馬克使用真球,而非塑膠球來餵發球機,且定期汰換,維持打擊品質。
提供多角度、多強度的張力,誘發目標肌群活化,引導學員感受到正確的發力角度。

One year ago, I started taking private badminton lessons in an attempt to learn how to play badminton. After several months of private lessons in the U.S., I didn’t see much improvement and I was frustrated to the point I thought about quitting all together.
Before coming to Taiwan for a two-week vacation, I decided to find a badminton coach to teach me as my last resort. I am so GLAD that I have found Mark Badminton Training Center (馬克羽球訓練中心). On my first lesson, I communicated to coach Mark that my goal was to have the biggest improvement in the fastest time and my expectations were surprisingly exceeded after just 5 lessons (9 hours in total)!
Coach Mark and coach Tseng are very experienced coaches and they are the best! I could not have found any better coaches than them. They explained every technique in detail and showed me what part of the body and muscle should be used to generate the hitting power. What sets them apart from other training centers is their ability to analyze each technique (explaining “why” and the theory behind it) and their emphasis on strengthening muscle. The training center has various workout equipment that they want you to use to help you understand the proper body forms of the technique.
In the end, I was able to hit a forehand comfortably with power and also learned how to hit birdies with my backhand. I am very thankful for them helping me reach my goal and this no doubt is the highlight of my Taiwan trip!

People often rely on how they feel when they play. Some days it works, some days it doesn’t.
Performance goes up and down because feeling alone is unstable.
The stroke optimization class is not about hitting more shuttles, but about rebuilding the correct movement sequence, such as positioning, pronation, contact point, racket face angle, swing path, and rhythm...etc
Instead of relying on feeling, Mark and Jonathan clearly explain technique details.
When techniques can be described and corrected, confidence increases and performance becomes more stable, even on bad days.
This training truly shows that stroke optimization is the foundation of all badminton skills!!!
