If you are unable or unwilling to attend an HOA meeting, please complete a proxy form to help the HOA maintain a quorum (the minimum number of homeowners required at a meeting to conduct official business). Submitting a proxy allows your attendance to be counted even if you cannot be present, and you may designate another community member in good standing to vote on your behalf. Proxy forms are mailed to each household prior to each meeting and can be completed electronically using the form below.Â
* Proxies should only be assigned to another eligible voting member in good standing of the Hickory Ridge Mews Owners' Association or a member of the HOA Board. Additionally, only one proxy will be accepted per household and conflicting proxies from the same household will cancel one another.
