Our Homeowners' Association is looking for passionate residents to join our committees and help shape the future of our community. Serving on a committee is a wonderful opportunity to become more involved, contribute to decisions that directly impact our neighborhood, and collaborate with your neighbors to enhance our community. Please note that all committee members, including those on the HOA Board, serve as unpaid volunteers.
The role of the landscaping/maintenance committee is to assure that the common areas are aesthetically pleasing, well maintained, and in good working order.
Inspection and reporting—Regularly inspect common areas including lawns, gardens, fencing, trees, and lighting to identify maintenance needs. Report any issues or repairs needed to the Board.
Recruiting Volunteers—Volunteer and/or help recruit volunteers to complete minor maintenance and or landscaping tasks that can be performed by members of the community in order to reduce landscaping costs.
Cost Reduction—Develop a plan to reduce landscaping and maintenance costs since they are by far our largest expenditure.
(Note: Residents may serve on more than one committee.)
Members of this committee will report directly to the Board President, Andrew Krepps.
The purpose of the committee is to provide oversight, transparency, and accountability for the HOA’s financial operations. This committee will consist of three (3) homeowners, excluding any Board members or their relatives.
Members will review financial statements, including income and expense reports, balance sheets, and budgets, to ensure accuracy and transparency. The committee will verify that funds are managed properly and in accordance with the budget approved by the Board.
(Note: The committee will not have access to information about specific homeowners who are behind on their assessments. If more than three people express interest in joining, a vote will be held, and members will be elected by the Board. Residents may serve on more than one committee.)
