Responses are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) and should always be reviewed using your own judgment.
Any decisions or actions taken based on the use of the HI-Bots are the sole responsibility of the user.
To the extent permitted by law, Hunziker Inspirationen GmbH accepts no liability for any consequences resulting from the use of the HI-Bots.
Registration is required to use the HI-Bots applications.
You may register using:
Email address and password
Google Sign-In
Sign in with Apple
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
You may permanently delete your account at any time directly within the application.
The HI-Bots applications are intended only for individuals aged 18 years or older.
Please do not enter personal information about third parties (such as names, addresses, locations, or email addresses) into the chat.
Certain features require a paid subscription.
For iOS and Android, payments are processed through Apple's or Google's in-app purchase systems in accordance with their respective terms.
For the browser and desktop versions, payments are processed through RevenueCat Web Billing.
Hunziker Inspirationen GmbH does not store payment card or credit card information.
We strive to ensure that the HI-Bots applications are highly available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We reserve the right to modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
All content within the HI-Bots applications is protected by copyright and is the property of Hunziker Inspirationen GmbH or the respective rights holders.
Hunziker Inspirationen GmbH makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the responses generated by the HI-Bots.
To the extent permitted by law, any claims for material or non-material damages arising from the use or inability to use the HI-Bots applications are excluded.
