You can permanently delete your HI-Bots account at any time.
When you delete your account:
Your account will be permanently removed.
Your profile information will be deleted.
Your chat history and session summaries will be deleted.
Any images or avatars associated with your account will be removed from our database.
This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Please note:
Some technical service providers (such as hosting, database, email, or AI providers) may temporarily retain system logs or backups in accordance with their own retention policies. These records are automatically deleted after their respective retention periods (for example, Anthropic retains submitted data for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention purposes).
Subscription payments are managed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat Web Billing. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it before deleting your account.
Open the HI-Bots application.
Go to Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.
