Prior to the event charge the digital clock for two hours to ensure it doesn’t run out of charge during the event.
Confirm any requirement for specific non-standard signs with the planner at least a week in advance of the meeting so they can be printed and bagged/laminated.
There is no stock of squash so please purchase before the event if required.
Notify the equipment officer if there are any breakages or any equipment that is missing or run-out.
