Before his time in the U.S., Himadri served as a lecturer in the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering at the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. With a strong foundation in optimization, disaster resilience, and risk-informed decision-making, Himadri brings a global and interdisciplinary perspective to his work. At CSU Pueblo, he is committed to advancing research, mentoring students, and driving innovation in the field of Industrial and Systems Engineering, with a special focus on data-driven resilience and infrastructure systems under risk.
