Family Consumer Sciences

Family Consumer Science is an elective course at HGMS taught by Ms. Jody Osteen. Ms. Osteen and her students have used the garden in a variety of ways. They have used our vegetable plants to prepare meals for the district principal luncheons, plant nutrition, in class cooking assignments, and demonstrations.
