The 9th ErgoX Symposium will be held immediately before the 67th Annual Meeting of HFES in Washington, DC, at the Washington Hilton Hotel. The symposium will take place Monday, Oct. 23, 2023. The Ergo X Symposium will feature four educational tracks - Cybersecurity, Exoskeletons, Robotics, and Extended Reality. ErgoX offers a virtual and physical space to showcase the latest in technology evolution, research, and application and their intersection with human-system interaction and integration.  

The 67th International Annual Meeting will take place from October 23-27, 2023, at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC. The International Annual Meeting is the premier educational activity organized by the Society. The annual meeting typically hosts between 1,500 and 2,000 attendees from education, government, and industry and features more than 600 technical presentations. 

We are calling our members to participate in our OETG virtual business meeting next Friday, February 17th, 2023, from 3:00 to 4:00 pm ET. During the meeting, we plan to: (1) give a technical group update, (2) introduce the new proposed awards, (3) give a communications update, and (4) discuss increasing involvement from practitioners.
