Pinpin le pingouin 🐧 Pinpin the Penguin
The Agile Coach’s Balancing Act
Meet Pinpin the Penguin, the unlikely hero of agility!
With its naturally stiff waddle, Pinpin embodies the challenge to stay "agile" in a constantly evolving environment filled with unpredictable twists and turns.
From the Kickoff to the Sprint Final, the journey is far from easy. Pinpin struggles to stay on track despite relentless pressures (the birds od bad omen):
📊 Continuous KPI updates.
💰 Tight budgets (and never-ending requests for "just a bit more").
🔄 Incessant team turnover, constantly shuffling the deck.
💻 Outdated, finicky tools that cause issues (and, of course, endless Jira tickets).
Yet, like every dedicated Agile coach, Pinpin keeps striving to deliver, balancing demands and disruptions with remarkable determination.
Remember, your Agile coach is sometimes as flexible as a penguin on a slackline, channeling their inner funambulist—be kind to them.
Ballot l'escargot - Snaily Wally - In search of one's place in the world.
For those who feel out of place.
Despite being frozen, slightly stuck to the ice with his frozen slime, snaily Wally invites you to smile and to put into perspective uncomfortable situations.
Fearless, he'll find his way to a better environment and enjoy lettuce leaves to his heart's content.
You will succeed in finding your place too !
Also illustrates climate change, the loss of direction for animals, and melting ice caps.

War
Peace and Love they said ...
I was supposed to use this poem by Major Michael Davis O'Donnell for a sketch dedicated to the Vietnam war victims (both sides) but as the sketch is still pending since a while now I take the liberty to apply it to the current conflicts with this new drawing.
The poem was featured in the movie "Hamburger Hill".
We read it as a tribute to those who gave their lives (civilians and soldiers, no matter the citizenship, political convictions or religious beliefs).
"If you are able, save them a place inside you,
And save one backward glance when you are leaving,
for the places they can no longer go.
Be not ashamed to say you loved them,
though you may, or may not have always.
Take what they have left, and what they have
taught you with their dying, and keep it as your own.
And in that time that when men decide, and feel safe,
to call the war insane, take one moment,
to embrace these gentle heroes you left behind."
- Major Michael Davis O'Donnel -

Political news in France
Lorsqu'un représentant politique français dont la réputation n'est plus à faire… connu pour forniquer comme un lapin, dérape en sortant du bain, sautillant de scandale en scandale, l'incorrigible s'y connaît en saut de lapin des bonnes mœurs.

When a french political figure slips up stepping out of the bath, no surprise for a rabbit whose reputation precedes him… known for going at it like a rabbit, hopping from scandal to scandal, the incorrigible one sure knows how to 'bunny-hop' over moral decency.

Covid tales
And the dragon aka Covid-19 says : ‘’Wars, bankrupcies, lies, misuses of public money, violencies against the starving people, resources depletion, climate changes, costs and staff reductions in all economic & professional sectors, etc, ... Your time has come ! You asked me power, fortune and fame and you just did bullshits that I can do myself by the way, you idiots ! I will handle this crisis. And don’t use your novlanguage skills with me guys’’
The king couldn’t replied, handcuffed to the sado-maso gallow and lying in the hydromel barrel after partying to much thanks to the public money, humiliating himself is so funny ...
The beautiful queen thinks she made a mistake by marrying the king; she’s in real trouble and only preoccupied by her good-looking. She’s holding the golden spoon with the magical curve which is a gift from a mysterious wizard in order to manipulate what the so-called elite calls inflation trend.
Of course, they can manipulate it as they want on their own way... it’s magic ... "cha-ching, cha-ching" ... money, money
How can I save my sweet ladylove from the Dragon's threat with this lockdown ...
Collective frustration. And anti-conformism.
Inspired by the song “A Walk” by Bad Religion — a sharp critique of conformist society and its suffocating norms.
The narrator claims total independence: mentally, socially, and physically.
He rejects the hypocrisy of institutions and refuses to live in a metaphorical “zoo” — a decaying, mismanaged world devoid of meaning.
He chooses to break free, to take another path — literally “going for a walk” — a powerful symbol of rupture, self-reclamation, and radical autonomy.
It highlights how those who don’t fit the mold are stigmatized.
A kind of militant walk — both inward and outward — toward a freer world, even if it means walking alone.
As a teenager, this song helped me escape the pressure of school — I would walk home singing it on repeat to relieve the stress.
My illustration features an astronaut listening to the song, unplugging a guitar cable — used here as a safety tether initially connected to the shuttle.
The band’s logo serves as a belt buckle. Still catching radio waves through an old-school radio receiver built into the suit.
Today, seeing so many people pushed to burnout reminds me of how important it is to pause and unplug.
With constant social pressure and an endless stream of bad news, sometimes a simple break is enough to reclaim a bit of joy and freedom.
Thank you for the ride and the inspiration, Bad Religion.
After Hellfest 2017, while chiling in Brittany, I imagined alien mosquitoes invading Earth—drawn to places impacted by war (where blood flows freely represented by mosquito spots; sorry for the concerned countries on the sketch… it should have been the entire world according to all the problems Earth is facing).
This quick sketch became Toxico Mosquito, a nod to 1950s sci-fi with giant bugs. As with H.G. Wells’ “The War of the Worlds,” perhaps Earth’s bacteria will once again be our saving grace.
Pop Art
Who is obsessed with whom? Who is possessing whom?
The twisted connection between Batman and Joker, capturing the ambiguity and madness of the portrait.
A face sculpted by chaos, where insanity and lucidity blur into one. The raw textures, the electric gaze—does he laugh, does he scream? Or is it both at once?
Look closer. In the cracks of his broken grin, a shadow spreads its wings. A silent presence, always there, always watching. Batman !
Madness feeds on the void, and in that void, they mirror each other. One exists because the other does.
So who truly holds the strings?

I've finally stumbled upon two leprechauns partying in the garden, and they wish you a Happy St. Patrick's Day.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous to health
I always loved sharks, since that day when I was a kid and my dad introduced my family and I to the famous Cousteau TV documentary.
It is really cool to see all the people trying to protect them now.
What a funny surprise when a good friend of mine told me that her 6 years old princess is in love with sharks too.
So I ran ("tuguduguduc"...that's me running, yeah I know ... weird noise but bad shoes) to find back that old sketch and do something with it for her daughter. Now we got this.
Long story, but behind every small sketch you do, there's always, always a cool story to tell.
So thank you Chiara for giving me this opportunity, hope you gonna like it.
